Country Smoke House has been in business since 1988. We started processing deer as a hobby for some extra money on the side, and the deer business just kept growing for us! In 2000, we put up our retail store and became a Wild Game Meats, Gourmet Meats & Specialty Foods Store. Thanks to our dedicated customers our store continued to grow! Over the years, Country Smoke House turned into a main stop for people going up north or just the everyday or weekly stop to fill the cupboards and their fridge! Our business has grown to a level we never dreamed we'd reach! We are currently the Largest Deer Processor in the state! We are also The Largest for the types of sausage we make!
